Complaints Procedure

Last updated: June 2026
We aim to provide a thorough, accurate and professional service. If something falls short, we want to know — this procedure explains how to raise a complaint and what will happen next.

1. Our Commitment

MouldSurveyPro is committed to delivering an independent, evidence-based service. We take all complaints seriously and treat them as an opportunity to put things right and to improve. Raising a complaint will never affect the impartiality of any work we carry out for you.

2. How to Raise a Complaint

Please contact us in the first instance and set out the nature of your complaint, including the property address and survey reference where relevant, and what you would like us to do to resolve it.
Email: hello@mouldsurveypro.co.uk
Phone: 01903 910274
Putting your complaint in writing helps us understand and address it fully, but you are welcome to call us to discuss it first.

4. If You Remain Unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our response, please let us know and we will review the matter again at a senior level. We will set out our final position in writing. Where a survey report is relied upon in legal or regulatory proceedings, the report’s findings remain a matter of professional judgement based on the evidence; our complaints process addresses the conduct and quality of our service.

5. Complaints About Data Protection

If your complaint concerns how we have handled your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
